Return Period

•All original tags must be attached
•Items must be in their original packaging
•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

•Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
•Items without original tags or packaging
•Items returned after the 14-day period
•Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours.

Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at godcalypse@gmail.com with your order number.

If the item you want is not available, we'll process a refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at godcalypse@gmail.com with photos of the defect or damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please report defects within 7 days of receiving your order for the fastest resolution.
